The Western Pa Ballers Association is comprised of a group of dedicated, energetic volunteers that are committed to promoting athletic excellence and character development of our young athletes. Our purpose is to development these young individuals so they may achieve success on the floor as well as off the floor. We offer increased skill development by participating in local and regional tournaments that provide the best competition.
